SAFETY + CONTRAINDICATIONS (IMPORTANT)

Breathwork can be intense. This session is not recommended for individuals with:

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Severe cardiovascular disease

  • Recent surgery or serious injury

  • Glaucoma/retinal detachment

  • Uncontrolled Mental Health or in a Mental Health Crisis at the moment 

  • Other conditions may apply 
  • Any condition where intense breathing could be unsafe

If you’re unsure, consult your medical provider before attending.

*Some participants choose to still participate just using your own normal breathing pattern and go through the workshop and Meditation using just your regular breathing, they have seen much benefits and breakthrough despite not engaging in the specific breathwork sequences. Use your discernement and your judgement to see if this is the right option for you when unsure consult your healthcare provider. 

Online Event Breathwork Instructions

To prepare for your  Journey, please follow these steps:

Before the Session:

Create Safe Space – Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle (do not light a candle on your bed please) I had someone do that once do it safely,

*have eye covers if you like for the journey. 

Comfortable Setup – Lie down on a yoga mat, bed, or padded surface. Keep a blanket nearby as your body temperature may shift.

Head Support – A small pillow under the head is optional. Avoid big cushions that restrict airflow.

Hydrate – Drink water beforehand, use the restroom prior to starting the breathwork,  avoid a heavy meal 1–2 hours before.

Intentions – Set a clear intention for what you wish to release, receive, and embody. (e.g., “I release fear, I anchor joy, I embody abundance, health.”)

During the Session:
🌬 Breath Technique – You’ll be guided through different breathwork patterns. Always keeping in mind your safety and nervous system. 

💎 Allow the Process – Emotions, sensations, or visions may arise. Welcome them. Sound, movement, or tears are natural forms of release.

🔥 Trust the Body – Your body knows how to heal and release. Simply stay with the breath, let go, and allow.

After the Session:

Integration – Rest for a few minutes. Journal about what you felt, saw, or released.

Grounding – Place a hand on your heart, drink water, and eat something nourishing.

  • Zoom app downloaded on phone or computer
  • Good stable Wifi signal
  • Earphones, headphones or speaker for good quality sound.
  • Quiet space uninterrupted
  • Water Bottle
  • Journal you will need it for the breakthrough & Integration part of the session
