If I have hurt someone or something in the past, Consciously
or unconsciously, I forgive myself and free myself.
If I have hurt myself in the past, Consciously, or unconsciously
I forgive myself and free myself.

I forgive myself for all the things I have done in this life, and I also forgive myself for all the things I have done in other lives, I also forgive those who have caused me harm in this life and in other lives. I release all those feelings that are no longer guiding me towards my ascension, I send them to the universe so that they can be transmitted and transmuted. I accept and love myself unconditionally.
